Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a preparation method for a light-emitting device. The preparation method for a light-emitting device provided in the embodiments of the present invention uses solution processing techniques, instead of conventional vacuum evaporation techniques, to prepare an electron transport layer, thus simplifying processes and equipment of use, achieving high material utilization, and effectively improving the efficiency of preparing light-emitting devices.
