Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for lithium iron phosphate coated with a ferroboron alloy, the method comprising: preparing ferrous phosphate and lithium phosphate, mixing the ferrous phosphate and lithium phosphate and then adding a hydrazine hydrate solution thereto, grinding the resulting mixture, drying same and then calcining same, adding pure water to the obtained calcined material and grinding same, adding PEG, ferrous sulfate crystals and EDTA disodium to the obtained slurry, stirring same for dissolution, continuously adding a sodium borohydride solution and a sodium hydroxide solution under a stirring condition, maintaining the pH at 8.5-10.5 during the process, reacting the mixture for 15-30 min, filtering same, washing same and vacuum drying same to obtain lithium iron phosphate coated with a ferroboron alloy. By means of the method, the interface resistance can be reduced, while improving the conductivity, the corrosion resistance, the oxidation resistance and the product compactness degree.
