Abstract:
A preparation method for a modified ceramic membrane for treating filter tank backwashing wastewater, relating to a preparation method for a separation membrane. The present invention aims to solve the problem that existing filter tank backwashing wastewater is high in particle pollutant concentration and biomass content, and causes serious pollution of a membrane, resulting in a low service life of the membrane. The method comprises: 1, preparing a bionic coating liquid; 2, pumping the bionic coating liquid into a ceramic membrane assembly in a ceramic membrane coating tank, and circularly flowing the liquid; 3, performing aeration; 4, treating the ceramic membrane assembly by using silver nitrate; and 5, performing surface treatment by using a modifier solution to obtain a modified ceramic membrane for treating filter tank backwashing wastewater. The prepared modified ceramic membrane for treating filter tank backwashing wastewater can realize gravity driving, and has a permeation flux of 200 Lm-2h -1 or above, a rejection rate to turbidity, algae, bacteria etc. of 99.999% or above, and a recovery rate of 98% or above. The present invention is suitable for treating filter tank backwashing wastewater.
