Abstract:
Provided is a preparation method for an MXene organic solvent dispersion, comprising the steps: (1) adding an MXene nanosheet into deionized water, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain an MXene aqueous dispersion; (2) adding a silane coupling agent into deionized water, then adding a proper amount of acid to adjust the pH value of the solution to be 4-5, oscillating and uniformly mixing, and standing to obtain silane coupling agent hydrolysate; (3) adding the silane coupling agent hydrolysate to the MXene aqueous dispersion, and uniformly mixing; (4) performing a heating reaction on the mixed solution to obtain a stable MXene aqueous dispersion; (5) using a polar organic solvent to centrifugally wash the MXene aqueous dispersion obtained in step (4) to obtain an MXene organic precipitation phase; and (6) dispersing the MXene organic precipitation phase into the polar organic solvent to obtain an MXene organic solvent dispersion having a concentration of 0.1-10 mg/ml. The purposes that the MXene nanosheet has high dispersity and high concentration in the polar organic solvent are achieved; in addition, the preparation method is simple, low in cost, free of impurities, and high in yield.
