Abstract:
A method for efficiently preparing a nano-material macroscopic complex on the basis of a substrate heating-evaporation synergistic effect. A substrate is placed, and a reaction precursor solution required for synthesizing a nano-material is prepared; a small amount of precursor solution is applied on/in the substrate in a dropwise coating manner; the substrate is heated in a heating mode to generate high temperature so as to transfer heat to the precursor solution on/in the substrate, heating of the substrate is terminated after a period of time so as to finish synthesis, the substrate is taken off and cleaned, and then a corresponding nano-material macroscopic complex is prepared. By regulating and controlling the local high temperature generated on the surface/interior of the substrate, and synchronously combining with the evaporation concentration effect of a small amount of precursor on the surface of the substrate, rapid nucleation and growth of the nano-material are synergistically promoted, and finally a complex device having excellent quality is prepared in an extremely efficient mode.
