Abstract:
A preparation method for a non-magnetic low-expansion alloy material. The preparation method comprises the steps of: design of material composition, wherein the material used is a chromium-based alloy, which comprises the following components in percentages by mass: 0-10% of iron, 0-2% and more than 0 of phosphorus, less than or equal to 0.2% of silicon, less than or equal to 0.2% of aluminum, 0.2-1.5% of manganese, not more than 2% of inevitable impurities and the balance of chromium; preparation of raw materials; powder mixing; powder forming; sintering; and post-treatment. The chromium-based alloy itself has a low magnetic conductivity; the addition of phosphorus reduces the low-temperature thermal expansion coefficient of the chromium-based alloy; and the thermal expansion coefficient can be regulated and controlled within a certain range by controlling the content of iron and phosphorus. A pressing sintering or metal injection molding powder metallurgy process is used for direct preparation, and a small number of pores unique to the powder metallurgy process are also beneficial for the reduction of the thermal expansion coefficient. The present invention has the advantages of a simple preparation process, low cost and high utilization rate of the material; there are few inorganic processing steps, thereby improving the production efficiency; and the prepared chromium-based alloy material is non-magnetic and low-expansion and can be used in high-precision electronic equipment and instruments.
