Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation method for an optically clear adhesive (OCA) having a light-shielding edge. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step one, attaching an OCA tape to a carrier tape; step two, performing die cutting, waste discharging and attaching on a light-shielding adhesive tape; step three, performing die cutting and waste discharging on an OCA product; step four, performing fool-proofing inspection, round-hole waste discharging and round-hole air discharging; and step five, finally performing attaching, sectioning and outputting. By means of the preparation method for an optically clear adhesive (OCA) having a light-shielding edge of the present invention, the steps of product inspection are greatly simplified, and process parameters can also be adjusted in a timely manner, thereby facilitating the improvement in the production efficiency and yield of OCA.
