Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of sodium ion battery electrode materials, and disclosed thereby is a preparation method for an organic microporous polymer electrode material, wherein a hyperbranched molecular-structure PAQR-type conjugated organic framework porous material is built and prepared by means of Friedel-Crafts reaction ontological melting, molten salt or solution polycondensation, and the pore size is controllable. The method comprises: (1) heating and stirring anhydrous aluminum chloride and sodium chloride according to a mass ratio to form a molten salt phase; (2) adjusting the quinone density of a molecular framework arm chain, a conjugated length of a benzene ring and heteroatom by taking honey stone anhydride as a branch point, and uniformly mixing the prepared materials according to a mole ratio; (3) adding the prepared materials from step (2) into the molten salt phase from step (1), and performing temperature-controlled roasting; and (4) washing the roasting product using a solvent in a backflow manner, and purifying to obtain a positive active material. The preparation method according to the present invention has a simple process, is environmentally friendly, and may be used for large-scale production. Half-cell test shows that a sodium ion battery positive electrode with relatively large radius has relatively good cycle and rate performance, and the mass specific capacity of the sodium ion battery positive electrode is superior to that of a current commercial lithium ion battery positive electrode.
