Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for para-aramid fiber and belongs to the technical field of polymer new materials. Para-aramid fiber prepared by the present invention is tens to hundreds of nanometer in diameter and hundreds of nanometer to tens of micrometer in length. The preparation method comprises: adding a certain amount of surfactant during a PPTA low-temperature polymerization process, controlling aggregation of PPTA molecules along with increment of a PPTA molecular chain, and then preparing the para-aramid fiber having uniform size and adjustable diameter in a scale between nanometer and sub micrometer under an assisting function of other means (for example: a precipitant and high-speed shear dispersion). The present invention is short in production process and requires a simple device, and batch stable production can be realized, thereby meeting the requirements on scale production of the para-aramid fiber, having a wide application prospect, and being able to be used for preparing lithium ion battery separators and high-performance composite materials.
