Abstract:
Disclosed are a preparation method for a piezoelectric composite material, and the application thereof. The preparation method comprises: step one, designing a 3D printing curved-surface grid mold, and performing printing, preparing and molding; step two, cutting a block-shaped piezoelectric phase into a plurality of small piezoelectric columns; step three, inserting the small piezoelectric columns into a blank space of the 3D printing mold; step four, filling, curing and molding gaps between the small piezoelectric columns and the 3D printing mold by using a non-piezoelectric phase, such as epoxy resin; and step five, grinding, polishing and ultrasonically cleaning a prepared sample, and then coating the sample with an electrode to obtain a curved-surface piezoelectric composite material. A curved-surface piezoelectric composite material can be prepared by means of the present invention, and same has the advantages of successfully overcoming the defect of a conventional curved-surface piezoelectric composite material preparation process whereby same is complicated and difficult in terms of molding; and same can achieve the preparation of a large-curvature and large-area curved-surface piezoelectric composite material.
