Abstract:
A preparation method for a plasma-treated nano-fiber hydrogen sensing material, comprising the following steps: (1) placing a mixed solution of absolute ethanol, PVP, DMF, SnCl2H2O, and Zn(CH3COO)22H2O on a constant temperature magnetic stirrer to evenly stir to obtain a spinning solution; (2) performing electrostatic spinning on the prepared spinning solution and depositing same on an aluminum foil to obtain a spinning fiber; (3) taking down the spinning fiber and placing the spinning fiber in a muffle furnace for annealing treatment to obtain a sample of a hydrogen sensing material; and (4) using a Hall ion source to perform vacuum argon plasma treatment on the sample of the hydrogen sensing material to obtain the nano-fiber hydrogen sensing material. According to the method, the nano-fiber is prepared by means of electrostatic spinning, and the vacuum argon plasma treatment is performed by means of the Hall ion source; and a prepared sensitive material has a large specific surface area, and has gas-sensing performance of rapid response and high sensitivity to hydrogen.
