Abstract:
The present invention provides a preparation method for a polyoxymethylene dimethyl ether (DMMNn, generally, n = 3-8 or 2-8) and a mixture thereof. The preparation method comprises: a mixture of an aqueous formaldehyde solution and polyalcohol is heated and dehydrated under vacuum conditions to yield flowing polyoxymethylene containing low moisture; then the flowing polyoxymethylene is heated and gasified to obtain relatively pure gaseous formaldehyde; then the gaseous formaldehyde is mixed with methylal, the previous batch of low-boiling-point substances applied, macromolecules, and the like in the presence of a catalyst; catalytic reaction is performed to filter out the catalyst and purify synthetic liquid; normal pressure distillation and reduced pressure distillation are respectively performed; separation is performed to obtain low-boiling-point substances, macromolecules, and a DMMn finished product; the DMMn finished product is then subjected to reduced pressure rectification, single-component products can be obtained, and the residual polyalcohol after the gasification of formaldehyde is returned and applied to the next batch of formaldehyde concentration. Or, the preparation method comprises: an aqueous formaldehyde solution, polyalcohol, and the previous batch of macromolecular mixture applied are heated under vacuum conditions to remove moisture so as to obtain an anhydrous flowable polyoxymethylene etherate; the anhydrous flowable polyoxymethylene etherate is mixed with methylal, the previous batch of low-boiling-point substances applied, macromolecules, and the like in the presence of a catalyst; catalytic reaction is performed to filter out the catalyst; normal pressure distillation and reduced pressure distillation are respectively performed; separation is performed to obtain low-boiling-point substances, macromolecules, and a DMMn finished product; the DMMn finished product is then subjected to reduced pressure rectification, single-component products can be obtained, and the separated low-boiling-point substances and macromolecules are returned and applied to the next batch of synthesis.
