Abstract:
Preparation methods for seed ink, a seed layer and a transparent conductive film structure, comprising the following steps: providing iron powder and a first organic solvent, and mixing the iron powder with a part of the first organic solvent uniformly in a reducing atmosphere to obtain a first mixture; providing a high-molecular polymer, a second organic solvent and a defoaming agent, and mixing the high-molecular polymer with the second organic solvent and the defoaming agent to obtain a second mixture; providing nano-silica powder, mixing the nano-silica powder and a part of the second mixture with the first mixture uniformly to obtain a third mixture; grinding the third mixture, so that the nano-silica powder sufficiently contacts the iron powder to obtain a slurry comprising iron powder coated with a silica layer; and adding the first organic solvent, the second mixture and an adjuvant into the slurry, and mixing same uniformly to obtain seed ink. In the preparation of the seed ink, iron powder is used as a raw material, and as iron is a base metal, production costs can be reduced.
