Abstract:
A preparation method for an SM material for a sanitary material, relating to the technical field of SM materials. The preparation method comprises: preparing a spunbond nonwoven fabric, preparing a melt-blown nonwoven fabric, preparing a modified solution, and compounding. In the preparation of the spunbond nonwoven fabric, a PP material, a melt-blown PP material, a modified filler, oxidized polyethylene wax, and white oil are fed into a mixer according to a weight ratio of 68-70:3-5:10-12:2-4:1-3. After mixing the materials, melt extrusion, melt filtration, melt metering, spinning, cooling, airflow drawing, mesh forming, and hot rolling bonding are carried out, and then primary spunbond nonwoven fabric is obtained. Then, the primary spunbond nonwoven fabric is soaked in the modified solution and is then dried, obtaining the spunbond nonwoven fabric. The preparation method can increase the strength, softness, and uniformity of the SM nonwoven fabric while the improving the air permeability and the water vapor permeability of the SM nonwoven fabric, reducing the thermal shrinkage rate of the SM nonwoven fabric.
