Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of perovskite quantum dot modification research, and in particular, to a preparation method for sodium and copper co-doped cesium-lead-bromine perovskite quantum dots, a product thereof and an application thereof. Disclosed is a preparation method for sodium and copper co-doped cesium-lead-bromine (CsPbBr3) perovskite quantum dots, which are prepared by reaction of lead bromide (PbBr2), oleic acid (OA), oleylamine (OAm), a sodium ion precursor and a copper ion precursor in octadecene (ODE). Copper ions (Cu2+) and sodium ions (Na+) are co-doped with A and B double-lattice substituted cesium-lead-bromine (CsPbBr3) perovskite fluorescent quantum dots. The finally prepared product is effectively improved in terms of photoluminescence quantum yield, thermal stability and the like, can be used as an active layer to package an electroluminescent diode, and realizes transition from green light to blue light by means of electroluminescence based on recombination of doping ions and excitons.
