Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of biochemistry, and specifically to a preparation method for a sodium hyaluronate oligosaccharide composition. Further disclosed are a prepared composition and a use. The preparation method for the sodium hyaluronate oligosaccharide composition in the present invention comprises: using macromolecular sodium hyaluronate as a raw material, formulating same into an acidic aqueous solution, and then adding ethanol for a precipitation reaction; and separating a supernatant, removing impurities by means of an ultrafiltration membrane, performing a secondary ethanol precipitation reaction, separating a precipitate, and purifying the precipitate by means of a reverse phase OSD column to obtain sodium hyaluronate oligosaccharide having required performance. The present invention has the advantages that the preparation process is simple and easy to implement, the reaction conditions are proper, and the production process is simple and smooth, the production period and cost are greatly reduced, and the product yield can reach 96% or above. The sodium hyaluronate oligosaccharide composition prepared according to the method of the present invention comprises disaccharide, tetrasaccharide, hexasaccharide, octaose, decaose, and dodecaose, and has the advantages of better product stability, excellent water solubility, good transdermal property and moisture retention property, good oral absorption property and the like.
