Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for a composite having a novel tissue structure, wherein two or more different types of metal pieces are alternately circumferentially arranged and plastic deformation is circumferentially applied to the material through compressive torsion, thereby enabling excellent metal bonding between layers, and a large shear deformation is simultaneously applied in the composite-making process, thereby improving mechanical properties such as strength, hardness, abrasion resistance and the like of the material through the micronization of grains of the material. The preparation method of a composite according to the present invention comprises the following steps: (a) preparing unit metal pieces comprising two or more types of different metal materials; (b) circumferentially arranging the two or more types of unit metal pieces in a mold comprising upper and lower dies; (c) applying compressive stress to the loaded metal pieces using the upper and lower dies; and (d) rotating the upper and lower dies in one or two directions to apply torque in the pressed state.
