Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of carbohydrate chemistry, and discloses a preparation method for a surface capsular polysaccharide structural derivative of Gram-positive bacteria. In the present invention, glucose is used as a glycosyl donor to obtain a target β-glycosidic bond; then, a disaccharide block is successfully synthesized by means of a method of a redox glucose C-2 position; next, the disaccharide block is used as a repeating unit to synthesize an oligosaccharide structure of a target, for example, a Gram-positive cell wall capsular polysaccharide structural derivative [→3)-α-D-Manp-(1→4)-β-D-Rhap-(1→] 5-Linker. A reducing end of a hexose is connected to the linker for use in future linkage with a protein to form a glycoconjugate used for immunological research. The method provided by the present invention is simple, time-saving, labor-saving and low-cost, and the obtained Gram-positive bacteria surface capsular polysaccharide structural derivative may be used for the development and preparation of medicines related to autism.
