Abstract:
A preparation method for a synthetase for continuous blood glucose monitoring, comprising the preparation steps of: step S1, hydroxylating glass beads; step S2, silanizing the glass beads; step S3, combining the glass beads with glucose; step S4, synthesizing polymer particles on the surfaces of the glass beads to form a glucose synthetase; and step S5, separating the high-specificity glucose synthetase. The surfaces of the glass beads are activated, and the glass beads are combined with glucose, and then are combined with a polymer to form a glucose synthetase. The artificial synthetase prepared by the method has low sensitivity to the temperature and the pH value, is less affected, and can be directly used in a blood glucose electrochemical sensor.
