Abstract:
A preparation method for an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) nanocomposite material product, comprising: step S1, preparing a UHMWPE base material into a UHMWPE melt, and injecting the UHMWPE melt into a mold; step S2, cooling the UHMWPE melt to a first temperature in a preset pressure state; step S3, injecting a low-molecular-weight polyolefin nanocomposite melt into the UHMWPE melt at a second temperature; and step S4, cooling and shaping to prepare a UHMWPE nanocomposite material product. The mechanical property and wear resistance of the UHMWPE product itself are guaranteed, the surface of the prepared UHMWPE product is uniform in structure, a lubricating layer is formed by means of the surface structure, the stable ultra-low friction coefficient is guaranteed, the forming process is simple, one-time forming is achieved, the cost is low, and good market prospects are provided.
