Abstract:
A preparation method for an ultra-thin and ultra-breathable microporous membrane. The ultra-thin and ultra-breathable microporous membrane is a membrane having micropores, the thickness of the membrane is 5 μm or less, and the pore diameter of the micropores is 5 μm or less; the preparation method comprises: carrying out foaming on a water-based foaming material by using a micro- and nano-scale foaming machine to obtain bubbles, and then carrying out micro-gravure high-precision coating to obtain an ultra-thin and ultra-breathable microporous membrane; the water-based foaming material is primarily made up of a water-based plastic, a water-based foam homogenizer, a polyethoxylated silicone water-based foam stabilizer, and water; and foaming control parameters of the micro and nano-scale foaming machine comprise: the weight of the bubbles is 350-700 g/L, the operating rotational speed of a mixing head is 250-400 rpm, and the output of a pump is 100-500 L/hour; the diameter of the bubbles is 5 μm or less; and during micro-gravure high-precision coating, the thickness of the coating is 5 μm or less while also being greater than or equal to the diameter of the bubbles. The present method is simple, and a prepared product has a small thickness, good breathability, and is not prone to losing down feathers.
