Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation method for a wear-resistant and anti-cutting ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber. The method comprises: adding 0.1-5 parts of coupling agent A, 1-20 parts of nano additive B, 1-20 parts of additive C, 0.1-5 parts of sodium stearate, 0.1-8 parts of nano dispersing agent, and 0.1-10 parts of antioxidant into 1000 parts of solvent oil, and performing treatment by an emulsifying machine rotating at a high speed of 1000-20000 r/min for 2-6 hours, the temperature during mixing being controlled to be 25-100°C; taking 20-200 parts of resin material and adding same to a ball mill, the resin material being an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene resin with a viscosity average molecular weight of 2-8 million, and the temperature is controlled to be 30-100°C; then slowly adding a mother liquid into the ball mill at a speed of 2 parts/min, and stirring to mix well; vacuuming the mixed solution in a sealed container for 2-6 hours; and then performing extrusion, drawing, hot-stretch, and winding formation. The prepared fiber feels soft, wears comfortably, and can be used for making anti-cutting gloves, stab-resistant armors, arm guards, wear-resistant cables and other products.
