Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a preparation method for a wound dressing, a wound dressing and use, and relates to the technical field of medical materials. The preparation method for the wound dressing comprises: using polyvinyl alcohol to react with 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine to obtain a PDP polymer, and complexing the PDP polymer with copper ions to form a PDPC hydrogel. The prepared wound dressing is rich in porous structures and thus can rapidly absorb blood to stop bleeding from wounds. The wound dressing is a material that integrates tissue adhesion, a rapid hemostasis characteristic, ROS removal activity, near-infrared photo-thermal responsiveness, an antibacterial property, and the like. The wound dressing can firmly adhere to the surface of a wound to quickly stop bleeding, protect the surface of a wound, produce an anti-inflammatory effect and an efficient antibacterial effect, and promote quick wound healing. The wound dressing has wide clinical application.
