Abstract:
Disclosed are a preparation process of a single-cell sample, a processing device, and a method of processing single-cell sample droplets. The device comprises a chip assembly (2) for preparing single-cell sample droplets and an electrode module (5.4) for demulsifying the single-cell sample droplets. The chip assembly (2) comprises a chip (20) and a collection container (70). The collection container (70) is used to collect the single-cell sample droplets. The electrode module (5.4) comprises a first electrode (81) and a second electrode (82) disposed around an outer periphery of the collection container (70). The first electrode (81) and the second electrode (82) are spaced apart in the vertical direction. The first electrode (81) and the second electrode (82) are at least partially overlapped in the vertical direction, such that an electric field formed between the first electrode (81) and the second electrode (82) has a component in the vertical direction.
