Abstract:

The present invention addresses the problem of creating press die shapes corresponding to various press-processing methods and product shapes automatically by effectively utilizing part-processing-method data related to press-molding of existing parts. The present invention is characterized by being provided with: a part-processing-method data storing means in which the shape of a part, a press-processing method for press-molding the part, and data related to a press direction setting and die shape type are stored for each part; a part-processing-method retrieving means that retrieves data related to the press-processing method, press direction setting, and die shape type for a determined reference part from the data stored in the part-processing-method data storing means; and a die-shape creation means that creates die shape data related to shapes of a product part and a peripheral part in a press die on the basis of product shape data of a product and the press-processing method, press direction setting, and die shape type for the reference part retrieved by the part-processing-method retrieving means.
