Abstract:
A press disk-type glue supply device. A middle portion of a draw-in disc body (5) is provided with a through hole (7) which is vertically hollow and allows passage of fluid in a glue canister; an annular protruding part (9) is arranged on an upper surface of the draw-in disc body (5) and located on the through hole; a cavity (8) is formed in the draw-in disc body (5) and located on the outside of the through hole (7) in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of gas inlet pinholes (12) in communication with the cavity are formed as spaced apart on a lower surface of the draw-in disc body (5); a plurality of reinforcing ribs (23) are arranged in the cavity (8), and consequently the cavity (8) is partitioned into a plurality of sub-cavities (81), a gas passage hole (231) which is at least in communication with one adjacent sub-cavity (81) is provided on each reinforcing rib (23), sub-cavities (81) formed between two adjacent reinforcing ribs (23) are fan-shaped sub-cavities, and the evenly distributed gas inlet pinholes (12) are all located in areas below the sub-cavities (81). The press disk-type glue supply device can ensure that all gas in the barrel is evenly and promptly released before glue is transported out, and the problem of gas bubbles being mixed in during glue discharge, affecting the quality of subsequent glue usage, is prevented.
