Abstract:
A method for producing a press head that is used to press a solid cosmetic product during the production process thereof, the method comprising: a step for creating three-dimensional model data that includes information of a pressing face corresponding to a relief pattern to be formed on the surface of the solid cosmetic product; and an integral molding step for integrally molding a press head having the pressing face corresponding to the relief pattern, by creating slice data through slicing of the three-dimensional data in round slices and then by solidifying a metal material in the form of a powder or a fluid in accordance with the slice data.
