Abstract:
This press mold (100) is equipped with a lower mold (101) that supports the work (W) and an upper mold (102) arranged opposing the lower mold (101). The lower mold (101) has a punch (120) used for draw forming, a blank holder (130) arranged so as to be capable of moving along the side faces of the draw-forming punch (120), and a cushion part (140) that biases the blank holder (130) toward the upper mold (102). The upper mold (102) has a die (160) used for draw forming, arranged opposing the draw-forming punch (120), and a trim part (180) arranged so as to be capable of moving along the side faces of the draw-forming die (160). The blank holder (130) is equipped with a first holder part (131) arranged opposing the end part (162) of the draw-forming die (160), and a second holder part (132) that is arranged opposing the trimming part (180) and is biased by the cushion part (140). The second holder part (132) has a support part (133) that is used for draw forming and supports a first part (131A) of the lower face of the first holder part (131). The draw-forming punch (120) has a support part (123) that is used for trim processing and supports a second part (131B) of the lower face of the first holder part (131). The first holder part (131) has a trimming lower blade (191) at the outer edge portion thereof. The trimming part (180) has a trimming upper blade (192) at the inner edge portion thereof.
