The present invention relates to a press mold, including: a die plate in which first and second die insert blocks are provided; a die insert punch in which the first die insert block is provided; a die backing plate for supporting the first and second die insert blocks and the die insert punch; a striper plate in which first and second striper insert blocks are provided; a striper backup plate for supporting the first and second striper insert blocks; a punch retainer plate which is elevated by a press; and a punch which is fixed and provided in the punch retainer plate to be elevated, wherein a material is punched to form rounds at a lower rim and an upper rim of a punched portion by lifting a punching portion of a raw material through the die insert punch and the first striper insert block to an upper direction, and simultaneously punching the portion lifted to the upper side through the punch and the second die insert block to a lower direction when the press is operated, an outer size of the die insert punch is greater than an inner size of the first striper insert block, a difference between the outer size of the die insert punch and the inner size of the first striper insert block is determined within 1%-90% of the material thickness, and an outer size of the punch is identical with or smaller than the outer size of the die insert punch and is greater than the inner size of the first stripper insert block.
