Abstract:
A press sealing method for an anion polysaccharide membrane. The present invention relates to a press sealing method for a polysaccharide membrane in order to solve the technical problem of it being difficult to press and seal existing polysaccharide membranes into a bag. The press sealing method for an anion polysaccharide membrane comprises: I. formulating a chitosan quaternary ammonium salt solution; II. pretreating the anion polysaccharide membrane; and III. smearing the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt solution between two sheets of the anion polysaccharide membrane at a position where pressing and sealing are required, and pressing same for 1-2 s under the conditions of a pressure of 0.3-0.5 MPa and a temperature of 20-30°C, and thereby completing the pressing and sealing of the anion polysaccharide membrane. The anion polysaccharide membrane has a press seal strength of 1.38±0.26 to 6.95±0.95 N/15 mm after press sealing, can be used for packaging food such as beef tallow, can effectively prolong the shelf life of the food, and can be used in the field of food packaging.
