Abstract:
A press-to-discharge pressing pump, comprising an actuator (1), a stem (3), a sub-stem (4), a piston (5), a chaplet (6), a body (7), a closure (8), a spring (9), and a one-way valve core (10). A sliding core sleeve (51) is in sliding fit with a valve core rod (43) and the lower portion of a liquid guide cavity (41) to open or close radial liquid guide holes (42), and a cylindrical valve core (52) is attached to or separated from an annular base plate (45); an upper piston body (55) and a lower piston body (54) are respectively in sliding fit and sealed with an upper cylinder tube (71) and a lower cylinder tube (73), the upper end of the upper cylinder tube (71) is inserted into a circumferential wall plate of the closure (8), and an flange (72) is attached to the lower end of the circumferential wall plate; the lower piston body (54) and the lower cylinder tube (73) form a first cavity, and the upper piston body (55) and the upper cylinder tube (71) form a second cavity; the stem (3) penetrates through the spring (9) and is connected to the sub-stem (4) through a stem hole (82), the sub-stem (4) is inserted into the stem (3), a sleeve (15) of the actuator (1) is in sliding fit with a guide cavity (83), and the spring (9) is in fit with a chaplet cavity (81) and a top plate of the actuator (1); the one-way valve core (10) is provided on a one-way valve seat (74). The body (7) uses the upper piston body (55) and the lower piston body (54), the body (7) uses the design of the upper cylinder tube (71) and the lower cylinder tube (73), and the actuator (1) is provided with a liquid outlet device. The present invention has a function of discharging liquid by pressing the actuator (1), and is convenient to use.
