Abstract:
Disclosed is a pressure maintaining coring device flap valve with a multistage sealing structure, the flap valve comprising a valve seat (1) and a valve clack (2), wherein one end of the valve clack (2) is movably connected to the upper end of the valve seat (1); a valve port (11) matching the valve clack (2) is provided in the top of the valve seat (1); when the valve clack (2) is closed, at least two sealing pairs are formed between the valve seat (1) and the valve clack (2); sealing between the valve seat (1) and the valve clack (2) comprises hard sealing and soft sealing; at least two sealing members are arranged in the valve port (11) of the valve seat (1); the first sealing member (3) comprises a metal sealing ring (31) and a U-shaped sealing structure (32); when the valve clack (2) is closed, the valve clack (2) makes contact with the metal sealing ring (31) to form hard sealing, and at the same time, the valve clack (2) enables the metal sealing ring (31) to expand so as to extrude the U-shaped sealing structure (32) to form soft sealing. The valve seat (1) and the valve clack (2) are of the multi-stage sealing structure, and the sealing performance is reliable, multi-line/face sealing contact is achieved, and valve leakage can be effectively prevented; and the expandability of the metal sealing ring (31) effectively improves the deformation resistance of the sealing face, deformation generated by pressing of the valve clack (2) and the valve seat (1) can be compensated for during the pressing process, pressure leakage is avoided, and the flap valve is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions.
