Abstract:
Provided is a technique that can suppress the accumulation of liquid between the inner circumferential surface of an outer member and the outer circumferential surface of an inner member while stabilizing the orientation of the inner member. This inner cylindrical part may include a first end portion located at the end on a valve body side, a second end portion located at the end opposite to the valve body, and an intermediate portion located between the first end portion and the second end portion. The outer circumferential surface of the intermediate portion of the inner cylindrical part may be recessed inward in the radial direction of the inner cylindrical part over the entire circumferential periphery of the inner cylindrical part. The distance between the outer circumferential surface of the intermediate portion of the inner cylindrical part and the inner circumferential surface of an outer cylindrical part may be larger than the distance between the outer circumferential surface of the first end portion of the inner cylindrical part and the inner circumferential surface of the outer cylindrical part and larger than the distance between the outer circumferential surface of the second end portion of the inner cylindrical part and the inner circumferential surface of the outer cylindrical part.
