Title:
PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ELEMENT AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/079995
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are: a pressure-sensitive element which has a relatively wide pressing force measurement range and has a relative simple structure, while having more sufficient elasticity; and electronic equipment using same. The pressure-sensitive element includes: a plurality of first electrodes (11) which extend in a first direction (D1), are arrayed within a first surface, and are formed of conductive elastic bodies; a plurality of second electrodes which extend in a second direction (D2) crossing the first direction, are arrayed within a second surface facing the first surface, and are formed of conductive lines; and a plurality of dielectric bodies (13) which cover the surfaces of the plurality of second electrodes. The plurality of second electrodes (12) have curved parts K provided periodically, and electrostatic capacities at portions at which the first electrodes and the second electrodes intersect with each other vary according to pressing forces applied between the first electrodes (11) and the second electrodes (12).
