Abstract:
A pressure sensor according to embodiments of the present invention comprises: a first electrode layer including a plurality of sensing electrode patterns that are separated from each other; a second electrode layer disposed facing the first electrode layer and provided as a common electrode for the plurality of sensing electrode patterns; and a tunneling layer disposed between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer. A thin pressure sensor having improved flatness can be achieved by means of the second electrode layer and the tunneling layer.
