Abstract:
The present invention prevents a heat reception part from falling from a diaphragm. This pressure sensor comprises a cylindrical housing, a diaphragm that blocks an opening on the distal end side of the housing and bends in response to pressure received from the distal end side of the diaphragm, and a sensor element that generates an output signal that changes according to the amount of bending of the diaphragm. This pressure sensor is characterized in that the diaphragm has a hole formed therein that extends from the distal-end surface to the rear-end surface of the diaphragm, a heat reception part is provided that comprises a first part disposed in the hole and a second part that is adjacent to the distal-end side of the first part and covers at least a part of the distal-end surface of the diaphragm, the first part and second part are formed so as to be integrated, and the first part is connected to the inner surface defining the hole of the diaphragm.
