Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pressure test device for a flame trap of an internal combustion engine that can significantly increase the production efficiency of a flame trap as a pressure test of the flame trap can be performed simultaneously with the assembly of the flame trap. A pressure test device for a flame trap of an internal combustion engine, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a fixed frame having a support at a lower portion, a pressing chamber at an upper portion, and movable rails protruding outward from the pressing chamber on both sides of the pressing chamber; a work platform installed on the upper surface of the pressing chamber of the fixed frame and on which a flame trap for a pressure test is seated; a movable frame movably installed along the movable rails of the fixed frame; a pressing fixed press installed on the movable frame and pressing and fixing the flame trap on the work platform; a pressure applying unit installed on the fixed frame and applying pressure to the flame trap to the press chamber; and a controller that controls the operations of the pressing fixed press and the pressure applying unit.
