Abstract:

A pressurized recovery system for tail gas in the petroleum industry, comprising: a reactor (1), an absorption tower (2), an inlet regulating valve (3), a dryer (4), a centrifugal compressor (5), and an outlet regulating valve (6). The reactor (1) is provided with a reaction raw material inlet. A tail gas outlet of the reactor (1) is connected to a tail gas inlet of the absorption tower (2) by means of a pipe. A gas outlet of the absorption tower (2) is connected to one end of the inlet regulating valve (3) by means of a pipe, and the other end of the inlet regulating valve (3) is connected to an inlet of the dryer (4) by means of a pipe. An outlet of the dryer (4) is connected to a gas inlet of the centrifugal compressor (5) by means of a pipe. A gas outlet of the centrifugal compressor (5) is connected to one end of the outlet regulating valve (6) by means of a pipe, and the other end of the outlet regulating valve (6) is connected to a gas recovery port of the reactor (1) by means of a pipe. The tail gas is pressurized into the reaction cavity by means of gas pressurization to make useful components in the tail gas participate in the reaction again, so as to meet the environmental protection requirements and solve the problems of high recovery cost and complex recovery process.
