CLAIMS

1.A water and sand recycling pool having a micronic filter surface, characterized in that; the micronic filter contains a mobile or immobile arm having an air or water channel, that can move from inside or outside or from both sides.

2 . It is characterized by spraying water or air at an appropriate pressure and amount to the micronic filter surface from one or more than one holes on mobile or immobile arm.

Description:
PRESSURIZED WET SANDBLASTING FILTER SYSTEM

Technical Field

The invention relates to a water and sand filter system used in the pressurized wet sandblasting system.

State Of The Art

In the state of the art, water and sand are collected in the same recycling pool after sprayed by the wet sandblasting nozzle, while the sand remains therein, the water is discharged by filtering with the micronic filter placed around and below the recycling pool.

However, in this method, water discharge and reuse of the used water by recycling are not allowed since the sand bursts and breaks down and dense particles formed due to the surface sandblasting clog the micronic filter.

Aim of the Invention

It is aimed that recycling of the water used in the system is ensured by providing a discontinuous and reliable operation of the filtering process by cleaning the sand and particles clogging the filter above the recycling pool of the open- or closed-circuit filter systems of the pressurized wet sandblasting system. Description of the Invention

Water - sand sprayed by the wet sandblasting nozzle and fine particles formed due to sandblasting are collected in the same recycling pool in the pressurized wet sandblasting system. While sand is maintained here, the excess water must be discharged.

Sand and particles in the water clog the pores of the micronic filter and inhibits the water passage during the discharge of the water from the micronic filter above the recycling pool.

In order to remove this clogging, by spraying water or air at an appropriate amount and pressure from an arm, which is either mobile or immobile, which can be located inside or outside or both sides of the micronic filter above the recycling pool, and which has air or water channel, and one or more than one holes located on the arm, it is allowed that particles clogging the holes of the micronic filter to fall into or outside of the micronic filter and water discharge is allowed.

The discharged water is collected in the water pool in order to be used again in the pressurized wet sandblasting system. In order to precipitate the particles within the water in the water pool to the bottom of the pool, the water outlet channel is opened from the upper arm of the water in the pool and particles coming out with the water are precipitated, thus recycled water is transferred to the wet sandblasting system.

The clogging of the micronic filter is prevented permanently thanks to discontinuous washing process on the micronic filter surface of the the mobile arm having one or more than one holes thereon. With the invention, the used water is used again in the system by solving the problem of clogging of the micronic filter on the sand recycling pool in the pressurized wet sandblasting system.
