Abstract:
A primary culture method for performing the in vitro primary culture of cells contained in a tissue collected from a living body, the method including seeding cells contained in a tissue collected from a living body on the upper surface of a cell structure and then culturing the cell structure, wherein a single cell layer containing cells constituting stromata or two or more of the cell layers are laminated in the thickness direction in the cell structure.
