Abstract:
A primer composition according to the present invention contains an adhesion-imparting agent and an anaerobic curing accelerator, the primer composition being characterized in that the adhesion-imparting agent is a compound for forming a covalent bond or a hydrogen bond with hydroxyl groups or eroding a metal surface, and the anaerobic curing accelerator is a metal compound.
