Abstract:
The present invention provides a primer pair for detecting porcine genome DNA, a detection reagent or kit containing the primer pair of the present invention, and a method for detecting porcine genome DNA by using the primer pair. The primer pair specifically binds to a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. The PCR detection method using the primer pair is simple, convenient and rapid to operate and high in sensitivity, and can distinguish interfering DNA such as that of cattle, CHO, Vero, human, NS0, MDCK, E. coli, pichia pastoris, and Sf9.
