Abstract:
A print head maintenance system (200), an ink-jet printer, a maintenance method, and a printing method. The maintenance system (200) comprises a controller (204) and an ink circulation loop. The ink circulation loop comprises a main container (201), a first adjustment device (202) and a print head (203) which are sequentially arranged in the conveying direction of ink. The first adjustment device (202) comprises a first accommodating cavity used for storing a first gas and ink flowing from the main container (201), the first adjustment device (202) being used for adjusting the first gas pressure of the first gas. The controller (204) is used for, when the ink in the ink circulation loop is in the state of flowing circularly, controlling the first gas pressure to vary within a first negative pressure range by means of the first adjustment device (202) , so as to vibrate ink in an ink chamber of the print head (203), thereby achieving maintenance of the print head (203).
