Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a printed circuit board and an electronic device comprising same. The printed circuit board comprises: a plurality of conductive layers; and at least one insulating layer. The plurality of conductive layers comprise a top conductive layer used for being connected to a plurality of pins of an integrated circuit chip; a first conductive portion and a second conductive portion comprised in the top conductive layer are respectively used for being connected to a first power pin and a second power pin among the plurality of pins of the integrated circuit chip; the plurality of conductive layers comprise a power wiring that transmits a power signal to the integrated circuit chip; and a first power signal conduction path and a second power signal conduction path comprised in the printed circuit board electrically connect the first conductive portion and the second conductive portion to the power wiring, respectively, so that the first conductive portion and the second conductive portion receive a same power signal. Each of the first power signal conduction path and the second power signal conduction path at least passes through a first insulating layer closest to the top conductive layer in the at least one insulating layer.
