Abstract:
Disclosed is a printer comprising a lateral tension sensor which detects the deviation of a paper sheet being discharged in the paper-width direction which is perpendicular to the paper discharge direction. The transfer of paper sheets is stopped on the basis of a detection signal from the lateral tension sensor.
