Abstract:
Provided is a printing cassette which suppresses an increase in size and which can input drive force from a drive shaft. The present disclosure is a printing cassette which can be attached and detached from a printing device main body comprising a drive shaft which rotates axially. The printing cassette comprises: a first roller which has a first tape wound therearound, centered on a winding center axis parallel to a first direction; and an input gear which is disposed at a different position from the first roller along the first direction, engages with another gear, and transmits drive force from the drive shaft to the other gear. The first roller is a cylinder in which a hollow part is defined by an inner circumferential surface. When the printing cassette is mounted on the printing device main body, the drive shaft is inserted into the hollow part of the first roller, and the input gear engages with the drive shaft.
