Abstract:
This invention relates to a printing device of securities that prints data necessary for securities, and can judge whether or not the data consisting of MICR characters, bar codes, etc. and whose recognition is visually impossible are correctly printed, namely a printing device of securities provided with a blank form storing part (2) that stores securities blank forms (1) in a stacked state, a first printer (11, 14) that prints data whose recognition is visually possible on the securities blank forms (1), a second printer (23, 24) that is provided on the side of downstream of the first printer (11, 14) and prints data whose recognition is visually impossible on the securities blank forms (1), a reader (32, 33) that is provided on the side of downstream of the second printer (23, 24) and reads the data printed by the second printer (23, 24) and whose recognition is visually impossible, a securities storing part (36) that stores the securities blank forms (1) for which data printing and data reading have been finished in a stacked state as securities (1a), a blank form transport mechanism (3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 21, 22, 25, 31) that transports the securities blank forms (1) from the blank form storing part (2) to the securities storing part (36) through the first printer (11, 14), the second printer (23, 24) and the reader (32, 33), a controller (52) that controls the first printer (11, 14), the second printer (23, 24), the reader (32, 33) and the blank form transport mechanism (3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 21, 22, 25, 31), and a judging device (54) that judges whether or not the data whose recognition is visually impossible are correctly printed by the second printer (23, 24) based on the reading signal from the reader (32, 33).
