A printing and dyeing device having a good printing and dyeing effect, comprising a base, a protective cover, a storage wheel, cloth, a dye tank, a brush wheel set, a stirring rod, a first motor, assistive wheels, a water tank, a first water pump, a second water pump, a pipeline, a communicating pipe, a discharging pipe, a filtering apparatus, support rods, and second motors. The first water pump and the second water pump are provided on the inner surface of the water tank and the first water pump and the second water pump each are provided with an input end and an output end; the output end of the first water pump is sequentially communicated with the pipeline and the communicating pipe; the input end of the second water pump is sequentially communicated with the dye tank, the discharging pipe, and the filtering apparatus; a driving rod is provided between the support rods; and an output end of each second motor is connected to the driving rod. According to the present utility model, dye can be fully stirred and cloth can be printed and dyed, the production quality can be effectively improved, the damage is reduced, the economic benefit is improved, and wastewater can be well treated and utilized, such that the environment is protected, the waste of resources is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved to a great extent.
