Abstract:
A printing and dyeing wastewater treatment device, comprising a first supporting base (1) and a second supporting base (2) arranged above the first supporting base (1). A plurality of first damping devices (3) are arranged between the first supporting base (1) and the second supporting base (2), and second damping devices (4) are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the first supporting base (1); a filtering water tank (5) is arranged above one side of the second supporting base (2), a supporting frame (6) is arranged between the filtering water tank (5) and the second supporting base (2), and a filter screen device (7) is slidably arranged in the filtering water tank (5); a lifting mechanism (8) is arranged at the top part of the filtering water tank (5); a precipitation water tank (9) is arranged on the side of the second supporting base (2) away from the filtering water tank (5), the bottom part of the precipitation water tank (9) communicates with the bottom part of the filtering water tank (5) by means of a water pipe (11), and the water pipe communicates with a purifier (12). The lifting mechanism (8) of the present device may drive the filter screen device (7) to be taken out from the inside of the filtering water tank (5), so that the filter screen device (7) is convenient to disassemble and clean. The wastewater filtering effect may be improved under the mutual cooperative use of the filter screen device (7), the purifier (12) and the precipitation water tank (9).
