Title:
PRIVACY-PRESERVING NEURAL NETWORK PREDICTION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/236628
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of information security. Disclosed is a privacy-preserving neural network prediction system. The present invention comprises a client, a server and a third party. In an offline prediction stage of a neural network model, the client, the server and the third party complete sharing of model parameters by means of negotiation; and in an online prediction stage, the client sends a shared value of input data to the server, the client and the server jointly execute privacy-preserving neural network prediction using a secure computing protocol, the server shares an obtained prediction result to the client, and the client performs reconstruction to obtain a prediction result. In terms of communication, the present invention only requires one round of communication interaction, and reduces the communication overhead data volume of an existing solution, such that the communication efficiency of the present invention is significantly increased; and all computations in the present invention are based on rings instead of fields. In the present invention, a protocol for the offline stage is recustomized, such that not only is the efficiency of the offline stage increased, but only a lightweight secret sharing operation is required.
